1.1 Definizione
Il settore immobiliare può essere suddiviso in tre tipi di attori principali il agenzie indipendenti , il agenzie affiliate ad una rete in franchising e il agenti delegati (dagli anni 2000).
L'agente immobiliare altrimenti noto come agente immobiliare commerciale è un persona fisica con l'opzione stato di auto-imprenditore e di lavoro per conto di un agente immobiliare (entità giuridica) che le conferisce un mandato per l'acquisto, la vendita, la locazione o la prestazione di servizi immobiliari. Questa persona giuridica può essere un'agenzia immobiliare tradizionale o una rete di agenti.
Le reti di agenti immobiliari sono quindi un intreccio di rapporti contrattuali tra "agenti" indipendenti e un'agenzia "madre" . Una rete di agenti non può essere paragonata ad un gruppo di società, poiché nel caso della rete di agenti le unità controllate, e quindi gli agenti commerciali non sono società.
Nel 2017 ci sono stati più di 38.000 agenti immobiliari in Francia, di cui 11.000 in rete come definito in l'osservatorio del franchising .
