The boiler market is a market in the HVAC category. HVAC engineering is an activity with a strong focus on sustainable development and energy savings, since its objective is to develop solutions to regulate the temperature of business premises or homes. By its stake, HVAC engineering and therefore the boiler segment are thus linked to renewable energies (solar, biomass, condensing boilers, biogas, etc.)

The market is largely influenced by growing environmental concerns as well as the ever-increasing price of energy to heat a home. The sector is also heavily dependent on the public sphere and policies that can stimulate the use of more environmentally friendly energy solutions.

The boiler market in France is thus increasingly strongly influenced by state measures promoting energy renovation work and thus orienting the boiler market towards new forms of products (in particular, high-performance boilers or biomass boilers). Some parts of the offer could thus disappear completely in the next decade, which imposes on the players a forced reshaping of the market structure and a necessary renewal of their offer and positioning.

Innovation is therefore a real growth driver for the market. Through a renewed offer, ever more connected and intelligent, boilers should be able to manage energy consumption levels even more precisely and appropriately, an economic as well as an ecological asset.
