Euralis is a world-class foie gras cooperative. Based in southwest France, Euralis structures its activities into four divisions: Agriculture (41%), Food (40%), Seeds (15%), Participations and Development (4%)

In 2016-2017, the cooperative generated 26% of its sales internationally. The group has two foie gras production units abroad, in Canada and China, to meet local demand.

The gastronomic subsidiary Euralis operates seven industrial sites producing ready-made meals and foie gras under the Montfort and Rougié brands. Rougié is the leading brand of foie gras for foodservice professionals (caterers, canteens, hotels, institutional catering).

Recurrent outbreaks of avian flu have hit the group hard, and it has announced the closure of its Brive la Gaillarde production site and the reorientation of its Sarlat-la-Canéda and Maubourget sites.
