Just Eat is the French subsidiary of the Dutch group Just Eat Takeaway, which will achieve sales of €4.65 billion in 2021
Just Eatformerly Allo Resto in France, is a ready-to-eat food delivery company.
Just Eat Takeaway acquired American Grubhub in 2020, in a per-share deal valued at $7.3 billion making the Anglo-Dutch meal delivery group the world's number one outside China.
"The combination of Just Eat Takeaway.com and Grubhub will become the world's number one online meal delivery company outside China, with strong brands that will connect partner restaurants to their customers in 25 countries," the European company said in a statement.
The new group "will be built around four of the most profitable home meal delivery markets: the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Germany."
