The InVivo group has five core businesses, which it lists on its website: "agriculture", "nutrition and animal health", "wine", "consumer distribution" and "food & tech". Through its network of 201 member cooperatives, the group is present in 34 different countries. The group employs over 14,500 people.

The company is present in the garden furniture segment through the brands it owns: Jardiland, Gamm Vert and Delbard.
