Indexia: the scandal that Ardian and Bpifrance failed to prevent 24/05/2024

  • - In February 2018, Ardian invests 200 million euros in Indexia, valuing the company at 1.7 billion euros.
  • - In July 2018, Caisse des Dépôts and Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala jointly invest 100 million euros in Indexia
  • - In April 2023, the French supervisory authority (Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution - ACPR) imposes a temporary ban on the distribution of insurance contracts on SFAM.
  • - Ardian and Mubadala withdraw from Indexia's governance in January 2024, Ardian having already lost its initial investment of 200 million euros.
