Bayer CropScience (BCS) is a former German agrochemical company and subsidiary of the Bayer Group, headquartered in Monheim am Rhein (North Rhine-Westphalia).

The company was formed when Bayer AG restructured in October 2002, merging Bayer's former plant protection division (founded in 1924) with Aventis CropScience (ACS), acquired in 2001.
