In 2015, Romual Gadrat, president since 2008, bought the company with the financial support of the Fonds de consolidation et de développement des entreprises (FCDE). Weyou distinguishes itself from its former parent company, the international group Tarsus, by creating its own brand

Since this split, the group has decided to develop digital solutions:
