The Greenfield production plant, which is French until 2019, was recently taken over by the Wepa Group under the German flag after being placed in receivership in January of the same year
The company specializes in the production of pulp from recycled and FSC-certified products, and produces materials for the manufacture of graphic paper in particular.
Wepa had already acquired its Aube plant from Italian group Cartiera Lucchese in March 2015. The acquisition of the Greenfield group enables Wepa to extend its expertise into other sectors.
