Patibio was founded in 1990 by Robert Scharr and his future wife, with the aim of offering organic pastry products. Initially, the company sold its products at local markets and in a few specialist health food stores.
In 2006, they built their own building in Eragny, including a production area and a store for direct sales. Today, the company has over 70 employees and continues to innovate with new creations, while developing local partnerships to offer a wide range of organic and local breads.
