Orange wants to buy Risk&Co's cybersecurity division 06/10/2023
- 1 billion euros in sales for Orange's cyber defense subsidiary
- Orange plans to acquire the cybersecurity consulting activities of Risk&Co, in receivership
- Risk&Co's customers include several entities of the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, as well as major groups such as Total. ChapsVision is also planning to make an offer, as it is interested in cybersecurity consulting only
