NextRadio TV is a media group created in 2000 by Alain Weill to buy RMC, which then belonged to NRJ. It is from its purchase that RMC becomes a radio station for news, talk and sport. The group bought BFM in 2002 and focused the radio's theme on economic information.
With the creation of BFM TV in 2005, the group entered the audiovisual sector, and also owned the newspaper La Tribune from 2007 to 2012.
NextRadio TV is part of the SFR Media division.
