Lact'Union was created in 2013. The company is the result of a merger between the VPM and Coop'Alliance cooperatives.
Lact'Union's product portfolio is divided into 4 ranges: extra-fresh products (drinking milk and cream), infant milk, diet drinks and dairy fats. Lact'Union markets traditional 82% MF butter, organic 82% MF butter, churned butter and concentrated butter.
Lact'Union has 500 collection points in the départements of Aisne, Marne, Nord, Pas-de-Calais, Somme, Oise, Loiret and Yonne. The cooperative collects 250 million liters of milk a year and processes them at 3 production sites.
