- In receivership following the liquidation of its previous shareholder, the French Legacy Group holding company.
- The Saverne Commercial Court validated the takeover of Heschung by PPL Finance, represented by Philippe Catteau
- Heschung's 65 employees have been taken over by the new shareholder.
