FDJ acquires Irish lottery operator. 28/07/2023

  • Acquisition of Premier Lotteries Ireland (PLI) by Française des Jeux (FDJ) at a value of 350 million euros.
  • PLI has exclusive rights to operate the Irish National Lottery until 2034.
