The company operates in the product formulation, manufacturing and packaging phases. It continues to expand through new acquisitions. After acquiring Brazilian company K&G, enabling it to gain market share in South America, last September it acquired the SANOFI plant in Romainville. This acquisition gave the company access to the biotech sector.
