Big Mamma is a chain of Italian restaurants created in 2015 by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. The restaurants, first established in Paris and then in Lille, Lyon, London and Madrid, have met with significant success. A new restaurant will open in early 2022 in Marseille [ News ].
This success can be explained by several factors, the main ones being the development of a communication and marketing strategy aimed at getting closer to the audience and transmitting a friendly and authentic image, but also the quality of the products and the emphasis placed on the decor and the proposal of a unique experience. This last factor is also visible in the choice not to take reservations, which leads to a wait, sometimes of several hours, before being able to have lunch or dinner.
