Auditoire strengthens its position in the luxury sector with the acquisition of the Parti Pris agency 19/02/2025
- Events group Auditoire has made its first acquisition, taking over luxury goods agency Parti Pris
- Parti Pris has sales of 20 million euros, and brings expertise in event design and pop-up stores.
- Auditoire recorded sales of 270 million euros last year, with a gross margin of 67 million euros.
- Auditoire is aiming for the luxury sector to account for 50% of its sales within five years, compared with 35% at present.
- Auditoire plans to open an office in New York in April, and is considering further international acquisitions to almost double its size and reach 500 million euros in annual revenues within five years.
- Major communications and advertising groups, such as Havas and Publicis, continue to play a major role in the consolidation of the sector, valued at 5 billion euros in France.
- WMH Project, with sales of 240 million euros, made four acquisitions last year.
- mazarine Group and The Independents have also made acquisitions to strengthen their positions in the luxury goods and arts and cultural events sectors.
