Marseille: Solimut Mutuelle du Lacydon expands 07/02/2022
ACPR has given its approval for the merger.
The merger involves Solimut Mutuelle du Lacydon and mutuelle Océane Santé Sainte Philomène, both based in Marseille.
Both mutuals are members of the Fédération des Mutuelles de France.
The decision was published in the Journal Officiel on February 6.
The portfolio transfer request dates back to last November.
As a result of the merger, the mutual Océane Santé Sainte Philomène disappears.
Océane Santé Sainte Philomène is one of France's oldest mutual insurers.
It had several thousand members.
The population covered was mainly elderly, with individual contracts.
