PicWicToys is acquired by Irish group Smyths Toys. 05/07/2022
- The Irish toy specialist, entering France for the first time, is taking over 41 of the 45 stores and 85% of the PicWicToys workforce
- The Irish group, owned by the Smyth family, is contributing nine million euros to the repayment of creditors and 300,000 euros to the redundancy scheme.
