Omnidoc is a simplified joint stock company with share capital of €1,000.
Omnidoc offers individual registrations and tele-expertise free of charge, while the creation of tele-expertise networks (enabling collective management of requests) is subject to a fee.the opinions exchanged on Omnidoc are eligible for remuneration by the Assurance Maladie: 12 to 20 euros for the doctor giving the opinion, 5 to 10 euros for the doctor requesting it.
Omnidoc complies with Health Data Hosting certification and the RGPD.
How tele-expertise works
It is the requesting physician who quotes the act, via his or her usual billing software, indicating the identifiers of the requesting physician and the patient. The requesting physician will be remunerated annually for all his or her requests.
Until the end of 2020, tele-expertise will be reserved for priority patients: those suffering from ALD or a rare disease, those living in under-densified areas or in EHPAD, and prisoners. Prior authorization from the patient is of course required.
In June 2021, Omnidoc raised 3 million euros to further develop its solution
