The Mutuelle nationale du personnel des établissements Michelin (MNPEM) is a company mutual providing supplementary health cover for employees and retirees of Michelin companies and establishments.
MNPEM's history dates back to 1929, when the Michelin Company created the Société de Secours Mutuels du personnel des établissements Michelin. In 1936, the Société de Secours Mutuels "Solidarité", a workers' mutual, was created. These two entities merged in 1946 to create MNPEM, a new mutual insurance company dedicated to solidarity and mutual aid.

Two new mutuals join ASSIA: MGPA and Mutuelle Nationale du personnel des Etablissements Michelin (MNPEM).
MGPA: Interregional mutual insurer present in Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana.
MGPA will have more than 86,000 policyholders by the end of 2021.
MNPEM covers 62,000 people.
In total, nearly 150,000 additional people are managed by ASSIA software solutions following the arrival of these two mutuals.
The solutions distributed by ASSIA offer an operational response to the challenges of sales force, production management and business management.
The renovation of the complementary health insurance management tools for MNPEM aims to improve the management of member relations, and to provide an innovative, turnkey solution to meet the challenges of both management and support functions.
