The association was founded in 1983 by ten former automotive training professionals.
The CER network includes approximately 550 training centres throughout France, a fleet of 1200 vehicles, 430 motorcycles, 60 heavy goods vehicles and 15 coaches, training vehicles specially designed for people with reduced mobility, and more than 1000 employees, all of whom hold a State diploma.
CER imposes strict training quality and trade policy criteria on its members.
The group also provides a boat license and offers courses to recover points.
