O mercado de desenvolvimento imobiliário pode ser segmentado:
- A bens imobiliários (habitação múltipla, casa isolada...)
- A bens para empresas (escritórios, restaurantes, lojas, armazéns, fábricas, hotéis...)
- A bens para lazer e/ou uso público (ginásios, piscinas, estádios, hospitais, câmaras municipais...)
