1.1 INTRODUZIONE
Il pile e accumulatori sono generatori elettrochimici utilizzati come fonte di alimentazione o secondario in molti dispositivi, macchine o veicoli. Esistono diversi tipi di batterie: batterie alcalina le batterie brufoletti le batterie ricaricabile le batterie particolare e batterie salina .
Più di un miliardo di batterie sono rilasciati ogni anno, che rappresenta più di un anno, il che rappresenta più di 200.000 tonnellate di attrezzature ponendo così il problema della riciclaggio dei rifiuti di batterie ogni anno. In Francia, due eco-organizzazioni sono responsabili dell'organizzazione della raccolta delle batterie (COREPILE e SCRELEC) e hanno poche centinaia di membri (tra cui produttori, importatori e distributori di batterie e accumulatori).
In termini di di regolamentazione dal 2010, ademe richiede che i fabbricanti, gli importatori e i produttori di questo tipo di prodotti siano dichiarati tramite un'apposita dichiarazione Registro nazionale dei produttori di pile e accumulatori nell'ambito dell'attuazione del decreto del 18 novembre 2009. Questo decreto è uno dei decreti attuativi del Decreto 2009-1139 del 22 settembre 2009 relativo all'immissione sul mercato di pile e accumulatori e allo smaltimento di pile e accumulatori usati, che recepisce la direttiva europea 2006/66/CE. Questo registro è quindi succeduto all'ex osservatorio delle batterie e degli accumulatori. Gli obiettivi del registro sono l'identificazione dei produttori in Francia e la compilazione di dichiarazioni annuali da parte dei produttori e degli operatori di trasformazione: la normativa impone loro di dichiarare annualmente al registro le quantità di pile e accumulatori immessi sul mercato, raccolti e trattati.

Questo fenomeno è legato principalmente alla vendita di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche con batterie integrate. D'altro canto, la sostituzione delle batterie alcaline e saline con batterie, comunemente note come "batterie ricaricabili", richiede tempi più lunghi.

Inocel's plan to conquer the fuel cell market - 29/06/2023
- Start-up Inocel was founded in May 2022, and specializes in high-power, modular fuel cells.
- Their first product is a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) with a power output of 300 kW, a volume of 110 liters and a weight of 100 kg.
- Inocel's future production site will be located in Belfort.
- Production of the first units will start in the third quarter of 2024.
- The production target for 2030 is 30,000 fuel cells a year, with an intermediate target of 10,000 in 2027.
