Anche il mercato francese della carne sembra seguire la tendenza del mercato mondiale, poiché tende a crescere anno dopo anno. Ci sono molti attori nel mercato della carne, tra cui allevatori come Soodial, produttori di carne come il gruppo LDC e distributori come Carrefour
