Der Teigwarenmarkt bringt Produzenten von Weizen und anderen Rohstoffen, industrielle Hersteller, Supermärkte, Autokonzerne, Lebensmittelgeschäfte usw. zusammen

Auf dem französischen Markt machen Teigwaren 47% der gesamten stärkehaltigen Lebensmittel aus, wobei der Inlandsverbrauch 537.000 Tonnen im Jahr 2019. L ata ist ein Grundelement der französischen Ernährung. Es wird von den meisten Haushalten (Penetrationsrate von 95%) und in großen Mengen (Jahresverbrauch von 8kg / Einwohner) konsumiert. Der Teigwarenmarkt ist daher ein reifer Markt

Es ist auch ein hochkonzentrierter Markt in Frankreich. Einige wenige große, diversifizierte (Ebro Foods) oder auf den Sektor spezialisierte Unternehmen (Pastacorp, Saint Jean) stellen mehr als 90% der Versorgung sicher. Der verbleibende Teil der Produktion verteilt sich auf kleine, stark fragmentierte handwerkliche Hersteller

Der Markt wurde in letzter Zeit durch eine gehobene Positionierung und die Begeisterung der Verbraucher für Teigwaren angekurbelt prämie oder Wellness-orientiert. In dieser Hinsicht hat frische Pasta eine echte Dynamik, die für die Zukunft gut zu sein scheint gute Aussichten für diesen großen Markt
