Auch der französische Fleischmarkt scheint dem Trend des Weltmarktes zu folgen, denn er wächst von Jahr zu Jahr. Auf dem Fleischmarkt gibt es viele Akteure, darunter Züchter wie Soodial, Fleischhersteller wie die LDC-Gruppe und Händler wie Carrefour
