Europcar Mobility Group was founded in 1949 by Raoul-Louis Mattei. In 2017, it established itself as the European leader in short-term vehicle rental. Its implementation strategy is mainly based on agreements with large airlines (Lufthansa, Easy Jet) and hotel groups (Accor Hotels).
