For almost 60 years, Somupos has offered a wide range of healthcare solutions, for both individual and group contracts.
The company's history dates back to 1962, when the CGT trade union at the Bouches-du-Rhône primary health insurance fund set up a company mutual insurance scheme for Social Security staff.
Over the past fifteen years, several mutuals have joined Somupos, which is now known as Solimut Mutuelle des personnels des organismes sociaux.
These include the Carsat mutual, MEPSS (Mutuelle d'Entreprise des Personnels de la Sécurité sociale), the CNAV de Paris mutual and the Nice-based SOMUPOSS mutual.
