- Shares is an investment app, which will be launched in autumn 2022 in the UK and in 2022 in Europe
- Shares has raised €8.5 million in seed funding.
- The fund-raising is led by Singular, Valar Ventures and Global Founders Capital
- According to the company, there will be 1.5 million users within 5 years
- The start-up also envisages a subscription model of around two or three euros, giving access to complementary services such as multi-currency accounts
