Fattoria di Parma is a family business that began over 150 years ago. Founded in 1968 by Guido Pongolini and his wife Anna Maria, the company began as a traditional cured meats business in Fontanellato, Italy. Over time, it grew into a thriving business, with its current headquarters located in Sanguinaro, along Via Emilia. Today, Fattoria di Parma is run by Guido and Annamaria's children, Paolo and Cristina. Although it has become a major production company, it has preserved its heritage as a family business. Fattoria di Parma offers guided tours, personalized tastings and gastronomic events.
