After the Ferrandi school, the Vatel school is announced in Dijon 22/05/2023
- Ferrandi set up a cooking school in Dijon.
- Groupe Vatel will open its 55th global campus at the start of the 2026 school year in Dijon and Quetigny.
- The Quetigny site will include a 4-star application hotel, a 50-cover application restaurant and 150 accommodation places for apprentices.
- The rue de Sully site in Dijon will include a 500 m2 food court and 130 student accommodation units.
- The total investment for these projects is around 50 million euros.
- The Vatel school will have a capacity of 450 students.
- Vatel is already present in 33 countries on 4 continents, with 54 campuses.
- Vatel currently has 9,000 students.
- In France, Vatel is present in Paris, Lyon, Nîmes, Bordeaux and Nantes.
