Hauts-de-Seine: construction group Batibig acquires 15 competitors 19/10/2023
- The number of companies owned by the Batibig Group prior to the acquisition was 28.
- The Batibig Group is based in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine.
- The number of companies owned will be 43.
- Thanks to this acquisition, the group's sales will rise from 82 million euros (2021) to 150 million euros.
- The number of employees will increase from 500 to 850 with this acquisition.
- The funds Siparex ETI and EMZ supported the operation through an LBO.
- The Batibig group was founded in 2005 by brothers Charles and Justin Bignon.
- The four companies acquired are part of the Helios group, and together generate annual sales of €50 million.
